Jenna: Title 18 of the United States Code section 3105 says that Federal Agents can execute warrants. Tim: And, I wish I had a dollar for every time you said reasonable. Jenna: Well in short the 4th Amendment tells us it has to be executed reasonably.
Let’s assume this, the agent has a warrant how should the warrant be executed? And of course it is supported by probable cause.
